sugawara makes his way over to tokyo to watch his beloved best friend, sawamura daichi, race illegally. he knew it was a bad idea but he didn't exactly care, he thought it was kinda cool. 
upon being there he met someone that seemed to of peaked his interest.

this is kinda based on deciphered and the little bits i've heard about accelerate so it might seem similar.
