has seen better days; after ganon's defeat the hero of hyrule a.k.a link and zelda must restore their beloved kingdom back, but as Link struggle to remember, and as Zelda struggles to cope with having
link not remember her,link the only thing that remains from their past; but as they grow together more the relationship tells them more than their past-selfs

The once great kingdom of Hyrule was destroyed by the calamity. But before all it's people could be slaughtered the princess awakened her sacred powers, powers to turn back evil. Unfortunately it was not soon enough for her loyal and caring guardian knight, however his time had not come. Alone the princess contained the calamity to the castle buying her knight, the hero chosen by the goddess Hylia, time to recover from his mortal wounds. For a hundred years the land of Hyrule was threatened by the great calamity, every year the princess seal weakened ever so slightly. Before The Calamity Happens
Following Link and Zeldas relationship before the calamity. It all started when they first met at twelve years old. They started out rough but eventually their friendship grew into much more. The Heroes' Rebirth - REVISITED | BOTW Sequel/Zelink (The Legend of Zelda)
~Having returned after two years, I decided to edit The Heroes' Rebirth. I changed (hopefully) all of the spelling errors, fixed the grammar and changed some of the sequences of events. I added some extra scenes as well. Hope you enjoy the revised version :) HR It has been six months after the defeat of Calamity Ganon. Peace and rebirth are beginning to come upon the land of Hyrule once again. Zelda is deep in planning of the repair of Hyrule Castle and Hyrule Castle Town, and Link is busy with the cleansing of the lands from monsters. The two have had almost no time together after their fight with Ganon. Zelda is finally crowned as queen of the kingdom, giving Link the time and rest he desperately needs. With all this said, Link can't shake the fact that their victory came with a price that cost him his dearly beloved, Mipha. Unable to bear the burdened thoughts any longer, he seeks for a way to reunite with his lost love, even if for a moment.
