Summer has finally rolled round again, and Luca , now fourteen, is excited to see his friend , Alberto , ready to live freely with their sea monster identities out in the open.
But what happens when he realises that things aren't all as they seem in this town? A new foe appears before the two, and their sole purpose is to rid Portorosso of the two sea monster boys who had found their home there, and anyone who got in their way. Along with this newfound foe, they have many situations thrown their way.
How will Luca and Alberto work their way through these obstacles while also figuring out their own feelings?

One day Ercole the richest man in all Potoroso hired a crew on his boat to help him to go to Isla del mare despite the rumors and Lorenzo decided to go because of financial issues they were having and Ercole was cruel and tricked them to get what he was after the riches of the sea monsters all to himself. But that cause a big problem when they got caught and they were sent back home but they told the town about the deal they've made in order for them to keep some riches they deeply desire they must make a trade, to keep what they desire they must leave someone who they admire, but they must come willingly, Lorenzo told his family and Luca instantly knew what it means and he sacrificed himself to save his home and family. When he got to isla del mare he met Alberto who suddently had a quick liking to Luca and he looks familiar somehow. Ercole plan to still get everything to be more rich even if it means sacrificing others and murder. Luca and Alberto seems to be getting close every day but they didn't know if it is real love or not. But with Ercole's wrath and the sea monsters warning, this might lead to war. And Alberto was having a different kind of change but trying to conceal it. What will happen? What is Ercole willing to do? Are Luca and Alberto really in love? Why is Luca so familiar to Alberto? A Planet 51 fanfiction [General Grawl x OC] In this universe, no one keeps only one single shape. Heroes shatter, Villains soften, and even the gentlest hands learn to destroy. Luca, born into a Soviet working-class family and the backup cosmonaut for the rescue mission, crash-lands with his crew on the exact planet his space buddy was on before, Charles T. Baker, exactly the person he is supposed to rescue and feels conflicted with, for a lot of reasons. Trying to get some help and an explanation for the sheer absurdity of this Cold War atmosphere, he finds himself in the line of fire of the planet's defense system and under the scalpels of the lunatic science department. General Grawl and Professor Kipple, of course. And they both have more interest in the new human than they should. Kipple is still pressuring the military and science to allow more research for his own greed, but the very head and heart of Planet 51's military has newly found morals and instincts to protect the humans he now sees as mutual. It's a fight about one's own role, other people's roles, and how each individual sees themselves or how they see others.
