In the nation of Centra, crime families run the cities, gangs prey on the weak and desperate. Especially around the months coming up to Carnage, an event where six teams of four fight to the death on live TV. Sixteen-year-old Abel Wade has no interest in participating in the event and does everything in his power to be overlooked. But after a nearly fatal decision, Abel finds himself signed up with a team he doesn’t know if he can trust, a potential fast and painful death looks near. But Abel is around death more than the average citizen, which makes him a real contender. But if he is to win, he will have to start making choices that will bring him down the path of survival against humanity and turn him into the monster the city threatens to make him.

Paula, a 19-year-old assassin, is sent out to kill Julian Williams, a man that's part of a squad that murders people for their entertainment, or at least that's what she was told. But when Julian learns the truth about his past, Paula, and he has to figure it all out... together. From enemies to acquaintances. But what will they end up like? NOTE: I messed up with the POV's on Chapter 10, because each chapter was supposed to switch POV's. So Chapter 9 and Chapter 10 are Paula's POV and then it goes back to normal :) All streets, cities and other stuff is made up. WARNING: Slight language, (BARELY) smut, gore
