    This happened to two of his children, one in fact shotos twin sister. He sent then away to amercia, but 15 years later he has stopped paying for their schooling. So what'll happen when they come back because of so?
    
    this is the story of one of his forgotten children, reia todoroki and her late entrance into U.As study course (since there was no room in the hero course for her). how will she react being sent into an entirely new environment after years of not being with her family and new people?
