    He ran, jumping down from the balcony to the alleyway beneath, and hid behind the garbage bin. He waited a moment, and the next second, both of his pursuers also jumped down to the alleyway. He took out one of his stiletto daggers out of his pocket, and took a stance, getting ready to attack when the two guards passed by.
    
    What he didn't expect was, the next second, gunshots were heard along with a few screams, which were quickly silenced. He waited a few moments before checking to see what had happened.
    
    "Is everything alright down there, 'Watch'?"
    
    A familiar voice called from the roof. 'Watch' looked up to see who it was. "'Red'. What a coincidence meeting you here."

Grian would have to find out the consequences of those 'what if's the hard way. A sequel to "Sam's Back", I suggest reading that first if you haven't already since otherwise this won't make sense. A YHS/Hermitcraft fanfic. Angsty. There's some mild Grumbo shipping but it could just be seen as platonic. Also Scar/Cub shipping, but only really at the very end and you can ignore it if you want.
