According to The Law Dictionary, police brutality is defined as the use of excessive and/ or unnecessary force by police when dealing with civilians.
Beatings, racial abuse, unlawful killings, torture, or indiscriminate use of riot control agents at protests. Police Brutality is indeed a human right issue.
