Oliver Spencer is a sixteen-year-old openly gay American teenager who moves with his parents to a fictitious island in South America called Golden Island. Reluctantly, he was forced to leave his friends, his life, and especially his boyfriend Kelvin Sánchez, a seventeen-year-old boy whom he loves with all his heart. On the island, Oliver was entered in a private elite school called Collinwood, where he meets Sirilo Avallon, a seventeen-year-old native boy.
Sirilo is the most popular boy in school and also the best soccer player on the team, black and openly gay, he is terrible philanderer boy with an irresistible beauty, who lives collecting boys in a long list of conquests.
