Just so y'all know, this takes place after the summer at Gravity Falls, though instead of both Dipper and Mabel going to Gravity Falls, only Mable went since Dipper wasn't allowed to. Also, the twins are a year younger when this takes place, so they are 11 going on 12 when Mabel goes to Gravity Falls and the whole Weirdmageddon thing happens.

Summer was over, and it was time to get back to school. Mabel, who just got back from their great uncles' place, is excited to show and tell her twin about all the cool stuff that happened, though she isn't suspecting to accidentally bring a certain yellow demon with her to California...
After the episode "Sock Opera" where Mabel got possessed by Bill, the dream demon was able to teleport to her mind right before being destroyed, leaving him very weak but also very much alive.
Also the barrier around Gravity Falls doesn't quite effect Bill anymore since he is now kinda bound to Mabel's mind and wherever she is, he is too.

The last day Mabel and their parents saw him was one day before school. And haven't seen him since. All Mabel found in his room was a note. It was obviously a clue but she was never good at figuring this stuff out dipper was. But when she did get it the answer frightened her slightly bringing back memories. After a terrible car crash resulting in the death of their parents, 17 year olds Dipper and Mabel Pines are sent back to Gravity Falls to live with their Grunkles. Mabel now hates Dipper, and blames him for the crash, since they were only out getting him his anxiety medication. The Grunkles don't fully agree with Mabels logic, but are still distant with Dipper, for they think he's a freak because of his anxiety. And so in the one place he felt he could truly call home, Dipper was now alone and hated by the "family" that once loved him. One night, Dipper overhears the family talking about how useless he is and, doing the only thing he knows, he runs. As said demon traps his family (Ford, Stan, and Mabel) in the triangular prison. Bill captures Dipper and notices that the deal they made back then during the sock opera still exist. Dipper and Mabel are turning 21 and are back in Gravity Falls, but everything seems to change when Bill finds Dipper and turns to tormenting his mind any chance he gets, giving him horrific hallucinations, nightmares and teasing him, always touching him. Unable to decide if he wants wants to kill Dipper (For reasons explained way later) or if he wants to have Dipper, body and soul ;) In this particular story I've changed up the story a little bit. Mabel, and Dipper have not actually met Bill... In this lifetime anyway. They still solved mysteries when they were younger as Mabel refers to their old "Mystery Twins" Nickname once. (Stan and Ford know Bill, just as they had in the show but i don't really touch on that just an FYI) None of the artwork is mine, full credit to the artists!!
