Quirks. In the world 80% of the female population will develop a quirk, as well as 20% of the male population will too. Apart of that lucky 20% were hero's such as All Might, Endeavor, Fire Drake, Sir Nighteye, Chrimson Riot, Fat Gum, Gran Torino. Fire Drake also known as Hisashi Midoriya, was killed on duty leaving behind a wife, Inko Midoriya, and set of twins, Izuku and Izumi Midoriya, with Izuku being the eldest of the two. When they turned five Izumi developed a powerful telekinesis quirk, while Izuku wasn't as lucky as his father, and was announced as quirkless. Izuku was then forgotten by his mother, and tormented by his sister and her friend. He gave up on his dream and old hobby after his seventh birthday. He found a gun shop, and walked in. He was greeted by a man with a beard, and cane. The man took Izuku under his wing and taught him everything he knew. Izuku still wanted to be a protector, just not a hero, so he trained his hardest, so that he can make his mentor, and new father figure proud.
