This book will be more of a diary where I will be tracking down my fitness progress and sharing out some of the fitness tips. 💪☺️
Tips will also be gained from different people (Writers) whom I am following on wattpad.And will therefore be Credited.👑✨🙏
Why post it all up? Truth is : We all have a certain body part that we're not happy about but don't have the motivation to work at that.... I want to take this first step to an ideal fitness level and together as a group, from parts of the world - we can do it!!!
