Nighteye didn't like Deku, in fact he hated him for being Allmight's successor and not Mirio.
But after the Shei Hakashi raid he is forced to take a DNA test for any relatives he might have to help him with a blood transfusion if ever needed.
The results of the DNA test show that Deku is his and All Might's son.
Now with Nighteye and All Might aware that Deku is their kid they have to figure out how to tell him. And if they can gain his full trust along the way.
Along with secrets Deku's kept from everyone coming out what else could happen.
( no Sir Nighteye doesn't die he heals back to normal completely, and Mirio's quirk was temporarily erased meaning he gets his quirk back so everything after that is fanbased.)

Trust is a fickle thing, isn't it?
Trust for Izuku Aizawa was a fickle thing, he'd constantly be forced to switch between trusting someone with his whole heart to hating them with every fiber of his being. Such was the story of his father, his teachers, his classmates, his old friends, hell even his own mother (though he never did or ever could hate her). The only person he trusted was his sister and it stayed that way for a long, long time. It stayed that way until he was adopted by Shouta Aizawa and Hizashi Yamada, he gained a new brother and sister both of whom he loved dearly. [discontinued] When Aizawa and Hizashi were younger, they had helped their friend out by donating their s***m so she could get pregnant, the two had also decided that they wanted to see their child as often as they could but when the two were told that the child was dead, they gave up on their dreams to help her raise their child. Since then, years have gone by but how will Aizawa and Mic react when they found out that not only was their child alive but that it didn't contain only one of the two's DNA but that the child had three sets of DNA meaning they had TWO fathers and a mother who shot herself a year before. Read the story, it makes more sense in chapter 7 and 8, btw, they had adopted Shinsou and Eri at an earlier date.Complete
