Standing in a crowded room, screaming, but no one can hear. It's like drowning, but you can see everyone else breathing around you; tempting you to breathe even if it kills you. It's electricity that shuts you down instead of empowering you. I can't think of any better way to describe panic disorder. I deal with this on a daily basis and how do you stop something you can't see coming. The best you can do is find the root and get away from it. So, that's what I did. I moved 3500 miles over the Atlantic, away from my family, to a brand new city, a city of new possibilities, to a new life for me to live. ~~~ Follow Kelsey Adamms as she finds new problems, while struggling with the old ones, meets new friends, but is traumatized by old ones reassembling, and find the first someone she thinks she can actually trust.
