Princess Arabella is forced to attend Magestia Academy, a boarding school for royals, when the kingdom of Meridia is destroyed by King Stephen and The Oracle. Even though Meridia is in ruins, she must learn how to be a proper queen. As a result, she has vowed to avenge those who have wronged her kingdom, for not only is her kingdom broken, but so is she.
Upon entering the Academy, she bumps into the boy with who she fought most of the time as a child.

He took a step closer to her, and she felt her breath hitch.
The closeness of his proximity made her nervous, the way her chest heaved made him smirk.
"I am a Princess, and you will do as I say." she held up her dagger close to his throat, her hands feeling clammy as he smirked down on her. He knew what he was doing was causing this princess to falter.
"Are you still a princess if your kingdom is in ruins?" His lips moved next to her ear, causing her eyes to widen. "If there is no one else to rule over but corpses?" His lips trailed down to the sensitive part of her neck, which he remembered, always made her moan. His lips skimmed over her sweet flesh causing her to gasp.
She pushed him away, shocked. "Fuck you, " she screamed as she pointed her dagger straight at his chest.
Her reaction only made him smugger. "Oh love," He grabbed her wrist which held the dagger, pulling her until their lips were mere inches away. "If I could recall, you couldn't handle me."
