Tim Pivarnik is a graduate in Secondary Education from Indiana University NW, Gary. He is a respectable education professional who is well known for bringing noticeable changes in the institutions he has worked. He has unique skills of staff development, curriculum design, curriculum development, educational technology and leadership, instructional technology, and teacher training.

Tim Pivarnik has served at the post of principal at Calumet High School for 3 years where he took charge of many significant things. He redesigned Algebra and English curriculum in the freshman academy that was based on the ISTEP and NWEA scores together with the grades in their 8th grade Eng and Math classes.
He has successfully designed and implemented a mainstreaming course for IEP students on diploma track. During his employment at Calumet High School, Tim had also developed and enforced a 45 seat Rosetta Stone Language Lab incorporated with World Cultures offering up to 5 languages. As a member of the district negotiation team, he implemented the 1st settled teacher contract in 4 years at Lake Ridge Schools.
