Mattingly

The name's Mattingly. M-A-T-T-I-N-G-L-Y, not a first name, not a last
name, just Mattingly. Louisiana is a pretty awesome girl, with her
purple hair and all, but I just wish she would open up to me. *** The name's Louisiana. Louisiana Annesley, if you must know. Normally,
when people hear my last name, they freak out. Or they shake my hand. Or
they cast me admiring glances. Perks of being the daughter of the power
couple who founded SR & Co., I guess. Did I mention that my parents
are billionaires? Yeah, well, as you can see, my family is filthy rich.
But the only good thing I get out of being rich is having a bodyguard
as my best friend. That and the fact that I could have basically
whatever I want, as long as it isn't illegal. Oh, and have you met
Mattingly? I don't know about you, but that guy is so gorgeous I can't
even finish this sentence. *** The name's Mark Lanar, Lou's bodyguard slash best friend. I just wish she and her group of girl friends would stop swooning over Mattingly, that too-good-to-be-true newest addition to the Rey student body. I mean, that boy just goes by Mattingly! And he doesn't even look seventeen. I know he's not who he says he is, I just know. I will find out who Mattingly really is.
