" People aren't always who they seem to be "
Valerie Oceane Knight. For the past 13 years, she has been through a life worse than hell- and has managed to stay alive. She doesn't believe in words like faith, hope, god, love, friends and especially not family. People who believe in those kinds of words, are nothing but fools who trust the lies life feed them. She's happy now - living in an orphanage and separated from her bitter and hard life she faced as a part of the mafia. She just has to stay in the orphanage for 6 months. 6 months before she moves all the way to Italy and lives like a normal person. But her life takes a complete 180 degree turn when she gets adopted - to the Knight family who are supposedly her biological brothers. And they are a part of the mafia. Thrown in with her 7 "fake" brothers, all she hopes is to run away. Now this is all you know. But is Valerie, really 'Valerie'. Or is there something much bigger brewing behind the scenes. Is she really the Knight brother's sister? Or is she just a pretend ?
