This is a description of my depression and anxiety . This is meant to show a perspective of my life, mental health, etc. It's  also for people to relate to. Mental illness is one of the hardest struggles I face and I hope that anyone that reads my stories, that relates to them, becomes stronger and better mentally. This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to.
