Chika Fujiwara x reader/oc

Hitori Fuyuki is part of a well established family in Japan, the Fuyuki franchise specializes in health care and they own many hospitals in many areas. Hitori was born into the family as the 3rd of 5 children so its hard to get noticed, he has 2 older brothers so his father is passing the family business over to them and his mother only pays attention to his to twin little sisters dressing them up like dolls and treating them like royalty. Hitori excels at everything he does but it's just never enough... so when the president try's recruiting him to be a helper for the secretary in the student council he cant pass up the chance hoping to gain his fathers approval and to be noticed.

Chika Fujiwara is second year at Shuchiin Academy is the secretary in the student council but with all the fun things she's been doing, like shopping she's fallen behind on her work. Because of this the president has see it fit that he appoints a new secretary but just cant kick Fujiwara out so he decides to introduce a second secretary to keep her in line.
