Whilst staying in Cornwall she experiences ghostly activity. She becomes intrigued and obsessed with delving into the past and tries to discover why the b and b is haunted. Over time Phoebe meets Kitty who believes that the love of her life let her down and died brokenhearted. Meanwhile, Phoebe's stalker Josh tracks her down in Cornwall and begins a reign of terror that results in murder. During her time in Cornwall Phoebe experiences love, hate, fear and intrigue.
The male hero was originally inspired by James Martin the celebrity chef. This is completely fictional.
