During an experiment, young adult T.K.O was captured by Black Hat and was infected by a strange virus that has granted him superhuman abilities and shapeshifting powers, but has gained amnesia from the infection, but he managed escape back into Lakewood, but the infection he has is all over the city and Plaza and he makes it his mission in this contaminated city to save it from Black Hat and the virus known as the Blacklight Virus as he fights against the heroes and villains that were infected by the Blacklight Virus, as he fights for his brother who has been taken prisoner by Black Hat.
