Things were alright on the SMP, Wilbur and Tommy had already established L'manburg, Dream was angry at the two of them but didn't seem to be doing much about it, not too much conflict was going on. It's up to him to rewrite these strangers future, or else the inks stains of another timeline will bleed over the pages till nothing is left. Even if it means forgetting who he is with each sacrifice. To Karl, it's worth it, if he can keep everyone safe and from turning into someone they're not. Especially Quackity. But he knew that L'manburg was always meant to fall, and they had only delayed it's downfall. "I-I'm sorry Wilbur... I should have listened to you." He whispered out, he knew his brother couldn't hear him but he could hope that his words would travel into the afterworld to reach his ears. "Please forgive me." He wiped his tears away vigorously, looking towards the now-destroyed nether portal. "I'll finish what you started... I'll do what should have been done."
