𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄

Most say you can't hear it, and some say it's a noise of its own. But to Aries, it was a feeling. It was an ache in the back of her throat, a weight pulling at her shoulders. Growing up, she hated silence; Sirius would joke about her constant need for noise. She couldn't sit in her room and read like Regulus; instead, she would barrel into Sirius's room wanting to play.

As time went on-as Sirius rebelled, Regulus hid, and she fought-she yearned for silence. She wanted it to stop-the noise, the chaos, the pain.

She wanted a break,

That's what James Potter was-her break.

𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐎𝐒,

Many hate it, some crave it, but to James, it was home. During its prime hours, he could sit for hours in the Leaky Cauldron. Growing up, James caused chaos. His parents were so focused on work that he needed some way to get their attention.

As time went on-as Lily Evans broke his spirit time and time again-he continued to make it-the chaos. He wanted it to last forever.

He needed a distraction, an escape.

That's what Aries Black was-his escape.

𝒪𝒷𝓁𝒾𝓉ℯ𝓇𝒶𝓉ℯ 𝒯𝒽ℯ ℒ𝒾ℊ𝒽𝓉 The light inside Morticia Amelia De Martel was now gone. After suffering a tragedy, she fled out of the country together with Regulus Black. After losing the light inside of her, a new light was born. 𝒮𝒾ℯ𝓇𝓇𝒶 𝒞ℴ𝓇𝒾𝓃ℯ 𝒫𝓇𝒾ℯ𝓈𝓉𝓁𝓎. What would happen if the past tries it best to crawl into their life and obliterate their light? The light that was keeping them going. "Regulus, I don't know what to do anymore. I-I c-can't do it. I don't know who to live in this world anymore." Tears started to fall down her cheeks as she began to breathe heavily. "Everything is different. All of it. I can't. Damon's dead. My parents are dead. Everyone I ever loved is either dead or have betrayed me. I can't anymore. I can't live like this." Regulus' heart arched to see her crying, to see her tired with her life. He couldn't say anything but to pull the girl into his chest, letting her cry onto his chest. "I know, love. I'm sorry this happened to you. I'm very sorry." Sequel to Light Up the Darkness
