She's planned this for years. After learning about her father's greed and carelessness, young [Y/N] Shinra takes it upon herself to abandon her role as a ShinRa official and flee the facility. 
Topside, [Y/N] is rescued by a man about her age who calls himself Biggs. He helps her down to the Sector 5 Slums where he teaches at the Leaf House. She stays with him until three years later, Biggs reaches out with a dangerous offer; joining a terrorist group known as Avalanche. 
At the time, it doesn't seem like a bad idea, but suddenly her life is even more perilous than before. Her new friends are suddenly at the same risk she is, as well as Biggs, who she would hate to put in danger.

Jake meets a young girl that almost alike to his little brother. Jake and his partner decide to help the girl out. Danny, you're despicable "father", had you stealing from him any chance he got. He was slick and manipulative. Having to steal valuables for him all while taking care of two kids, Kai and Mary, was really hard. The responsibility you held was weighing down on you, making you think more about them and less about you. You didn't mind though. Anything to stay away from the sinful place you call home. After a while of putting up with Danny though, you had you're last straw ripped away when he hurt you're beloved Mary. You ran away to start a new life, taking Mary with you. You become known as "Shade", a mysterious cloaked criminal known for your stealth and strength. You took pride in your reputation, and the best part was, nobody knew anything about you. From your face down to you're gender, it was all concealed. It was all cloaked. But all this changed once they found you. They took you in, capturing you to mold you into a soldier fighting for the survey corps. You despised the survey corps at first. After all, they stole you from your home. Took you away from the people you loved. They ruined your life, right? But... did they? You're stubbornness and skill capture the attention of a certain short black haired male. Corporal Levi was humanities strongest though, he couldn't like you, could he? He couldn't... At first it seemed strange but pleasant to finally get noticed, but soon you realized, nothing good came from the Corporal. In fact, your life seemed to turn into a living Dystopia. You, Cloud, and Tifa known each other since you three were little kids, but you and Cloud want to become Soldiers soon you two went there and things were normal at first like meeting a guy that his name is Zack and you and Cloud became friends with Zack, but things got bad because there was some betrayals in there, but Zack didn't give up on you and Cloud because he made sure that the two of you didn't die. But things ended badly for Zack because he sacrificed his life for you and Cloud. Now you and Cloud have to work with a group, but Cloud has been kinda cold to anyone, but besides you because you been by his side since when you two were in working as Soldiers and of course being little kids as well, but other then that you have been having feelings for Cloud, but when Zack die, you just couldn't say anything because you are scared that you might lose Cloud or anyone else that you might care for. (I don't own the Final Fantasy 7 remake, it belongs to Square Enix)

This story will mainly take place before the events of FF7 and then follow the events of the first half of FF7. Cloud struggled to open his eyes. His head was spinning rapidly and his stomach lurched with nausea. In this condition he was assured he would not be getting to his feet anytime soon. He did his best to collect himself without moving too much. His left shoulder pad was digging into his neck but he didn't feel up to shifting just yet. His eyes opened to reveal a landscape of broken concrete that revealed it's rebar skeleton. Dust swirled in small eddies creating a haze in the air. The horizon line was red and Cloud realized he couldn't see a single green thing. Everything looked dead in colors of black, gray, or brown. Cloud managed to push himself up to a kneeling position; his left shoulder protesting the movement with pain. He shifted his weight to his right arm and looked around again. Closer examination showed him that he must be on the remains of a highway. His gaze moved slowly around trying to see someone else but he was the only person here. He wondered how long he had been out. "Tifa?" he said. He waited only a moment for a response. When he didn't get one he pushed himself to his feet. There was a jagged and broken edge of highway in front of him. He stepped forward holding his left arm with his right. "Tifa!?" he called again louder. Below him all he could see was a debris field of broken concrete. Rebar twisted up like metal spikes at the bottom of a pit trap. Cloud gritted his teeth and raised both his arms to cup his mouth. "TIFA!!" he yelled praying for a response.
