After the Cataclysm, the discovery of The Ray, and first appearance of VC's all hell broke loose across the planet and a genocide took place. An overwhelming amount of the human populous was killed, leaving only 1 billion individuals left on the planet. Factions rose and warred with each other while also fighting to survive the onslaught of the VC's never ending hunger. Camps were built and lost and over time Humanity settled into their new life, Cities rose up from rubble and governing bodies emerged on top. While wars still waged on against the VC's, civilisation had still tried to stand strong.
(This story is a Work in Progress and will be regularly updated with new chapters whenever I finish them. This is just volume one (Each volume will be 10 chapters long) of what I'm expecting to be a long series of books following the protagonist and his companions These are meant to be in a Visual Novel style but for now they remain like a normal book layout. Chapters are roughly 1000 words each and may be altered in the future. If you're reading my story, Thanks.)

You give him a reassuring smile and say "Then I'm not worried." he finally looks up at you and gives you a small smile. - This was my first story so I'm sorry if the writing is not too good, I got better I promise. After many failed attempts to remove the spore infection and the intelligent lifeforms that brought it known as the Irinaut, several large ships were sent into space to save the human race, but some people remained. Those who stayed, either had no choice in the matter or were part of the expedition crews. The people who were looking for some sort of cure all. Some, scientists looking to communicate or even experiment on the Irinaut race. Though it wasn't only the infection they had to worry about. Infected Irinaut were aggressive, and finding one without the sickness at this point was seeming out of reach with no hopes of communicating. That is, until now. A group of soldiers had been left with a task of transporting precious cargo. After several facilities being attacked by the estranged Irinaut, a young soldier known as Raven, finds herself curious to why this Irinaut is so important in finding. The being wasn't like other's any of them had seen. They wanted to know how it was possible in the world that was nothing but desert, and infection. 0-Sa was also alone, which was unusual for the species. The Irinaut became valuable quite quickly, having found no spore infection visibly on him. This is my take on those stories that have only one human male on a planet full of anthros. You know the ones, where a nuke, virus, or/and war that destroyed the human race except for one and for some unexplain reason ten years later furries rule the earth with a fully functioning government and technology. Oh, and sometimes this human has all the powers of comics and mange for also unexplained reason or another. With every character is spelled out on these bio picks before you even read the story, ruining any suspension or mystery the story could have. Sorry, went on a little rant but I have a hard time reading those kinds of stories, so I decided to make my own. So the actual story; A human crash landed onto a alien world where the dominant species are ten feet tall female wolves. Now he have to survive this warrior world that seeks to use him or destroy him, but under his meek facade is something much more then any one could imagine. Hope you enjoy.

Subject E305 is not a normal girl. At the age of two her mother left her on the streets of New York City with nothing but a box. She waited for her mother to come back, but she never did. A few days passed and nothing happened. The little girl was scared and hungry, but she never moved from her place. On the third day a van pulled up while the child was asleep in the box. The people on the van saw an opportunity and took the little girl from the streets. The people were HYDRA. They took her to their labs and when she tried to escape they would beat her. They ran test on her, a lot of test, until she became deaf. But that didn't stop them; they taught her lip reading as well as sign language. Then something happened. The girl was finally free after 9 years of imprisonment. She walked a long way until she found a city. The very city she was dumped off by her mother. She looked up and there were buildings taller than anything she had ever seen. The 11 year old started to walk around and found a corner. She sat down and rested her head on the wall. No one really knew how X's came to be. One day there weren't any, the next day half the population was wiped out. All Karma knew was that they are technological monsters, fit to be the world's biggest weapon, after the splitting particle ray which could reduce any person into air particles in a millisecond. Karma realised how simple it would be to destroy an army even with one X. They were practically indestructible, perfect killing machines, only they'd turned on the government, apparently. Or maybe those bastards had escaped perfectly unharmed, watching how the country was being destroyed. Maybe it was an excuse for overpopulation. xx-xx Karma has been trying to survive for over a year, but it's difficult when X's, mechanical killing machines, roam the streets, hungry for human flesh. Every day that passes by without finding a portal brings the morale lower. They need to escape the country before they all end up dead. It doesn't help that the X's have changed their tactics and are now manipulating people to commit suicide.
