Cecilia Lewis is transfer student and new in the town of luisvvill. She's confident, enthusiastic and usually ends up making quick decisions which usually leads to a crazy situation.
However things turn out pretty crazy when Ethan starts falling for the new girl at school and both of them find out more secrets on the way of starting new relationships.
