There is a story told over time by many with different names but all the same, of a maiden so fair the roses paled. Her eyes full of light, that she is hopeful and oh so kind. She is desired by many but locked in a tower not for the world to see. That's when she meets the prince of her dreams, he is handsome and a little self-absorbed but blames it on his old wounds. The maiden becomes the salve to his wound and light to his darkness and they live happily ever after. 

Only this isn't her story.  Oh, she is beautiful and desired all right but she is no princess but a Queen. Toughened by time, bound by guilt and powers beyond limit, she is thunder and rainstorm dressed like clear summer sky. 
She does meets the prince of her dreams or is he one of her nightmare?

Mia is used to reading about this kind of stuff, not living it. Safe to say she finds herself in one hell of an adventure. - - TW: if you need a tw for fighting, violence, weapons, blood, death, etc. I would read with caution (I don't get into any gory details, but there are scenes w/ this) I will put tw's for the more violent scenes.

Men couldn't stop talking about her beauty and body , but the prince wasn't that blind , he could see how the men had some sort of fear . The both royalitis were known to be strong and powerful . He is the heartless king and she is the princess with golden heart , He hated every one , she hated the people who killed innocent souls. He is a monster in everyone's eyes , she is an angel with powers.
