Alright now listen here and listen good. I'm not the type to fall in love; I was raised never to care or feel. To put it simply my mother raised me to be cruel, tough, mean, and willing to do anything to get to the top. My name is Mackenzie Bryant and here is my story.

The first day of my sophomore year in high school was one of the strangest days of my life. My mom and I had just moved to LA from a small town in Texas . I had never been popular, I was the girl who everyone hated because she didn't hold anything back, was smart, and would beat your ass if she needed to. I had never felt the need to date before because I didn't want any drama; but that all changed when I met Him.

I am standing at my locker when a huge guy approaches me. " Hey baby you should hang out with me I'll teach you a few new things" the guy says with a cheesy grin on his face. Before I can tell him to fuck off he's thrown backwards into a wall. Another guy is standing in his place. 

He's very tall; he towers over my 5'3 frame. His eyes are dark brown, his hair is a rich chestnut color,he's very tan, and athletically built. "Are you alright? I'm sorry about him he's a total jerk. I'm Cameron by the way."  My mother would kill me if she knew I had just let this stranger protect me when I could have easily broken that guys nose and walked away laughing. " yes thank you and goodbye now" I say walking away.

When I get to my first period class and sit down I realize people are staring at me. " You're  that girl Cameron was talking to earlier" a dark haired girl says sitting down in front of me. "Yes". " You're so lucky he's the hottest, most popular guy in school" she says smiling. " Thanks I guess but I really don't even know the guy" I say looking at her. " I'm Sam by the way" she says. "You dropped this." I heard a husky voice say. I turned around to look at what I dropped and realized it was my schedule. I gasped. Damn, I would have been fucked if I'd lost it. I guess I didn't put it in my bag... I looked up to thank him, but ended up not being able to find my voice. He's really attractive. Drop dead gorgeous attractive. Hot. He has brown hair that is spiked up in a messy way and shiny chocolate brown eyes that are hard not to stare at. His jawline was firm and he is extremely tall compared to my 5'3" height; he seems like he's 6'1". He looks in good shape -- the white shirt he was wearing showed off his broad muscular chest. He wore a leather-mans jacket from the school over the t-shirt, with black denim jeans, and converse. I swallowed. I snapped out of it and took the paper forcing myself to say "thanks." However, he walked away before I even finished. OK... he obviously isn't interested in the 'new girl' like all the other students are. I can't help but feel a bit disappointed. Out of all the guys that have hit on me in school today he is the only one that has caught my eye -- bad news is that he didn't even bother. "You know him? I'm surprised the cheer-bitch hasn't threatened you yet." Jessica said, her face showing shock. "Um, no I don't know him... and cheer-bitch?" I frowned confused. "She's his ex-girlfriend, but considering she has such a small brain that is a size of a peanut, she won't leave him alone. Then again who would leave him alone he is S-E-X-Y!" I laughed. "I am going to love being your friend." I said while I looked back to where he had headed a while ago, but I no longer saw him.
