As I walked the warriors were coming in and out of camp as they passed me the growled or spat the worst was when Lightningpelt passed me, "Hello Shadowkit" he mewed I lifted my head high and spoke,
"Afternoon Lightningpelt patrols going well" I said smoothly
"Yes they are since your father isn't here to destroy them" he spat "you are going to be just like him ice cold, black hearted..." He would have said more but Flamestar came to see what in StarClan was going on.

(I cringe at this every day now. It's not too horribly written, but it is rushed and disorganized. Please know this isn't a representation of my current work.) Two kits, same pelts, opposite souls. Blessedkit, born to ShadowClan parents, discovers quickly that he is quite "special" in the eyes of his Clanmates. Timberheart leapt off the boulder "Is that a threat?!" he growled. Flamestar thought her words over "Maybe. Lakeclan to me!" she yowled before either of them had time to respond.
