When Naruto is six and a half he gets fed up with the glares and being called monster so he runs away fro the Leaf Village. Without a plan he just heads off in a random direction which leads him to the Sand Village where he meets Kat, the caring, fun, banana hating ninja who adopts him. Just when he thinks he might be able to live in peace the Hokage requests he return to the Leaf and after so negotiating the two villages have shared custody over him. Once he is old enough he will have to decide once and for all where his home is.
