This is about a girl in middle school who just wants out. She feels so rejected by everyone. She feels like an outcast. Her teachers don't care if she shows up or not. She is different from everyone at school. She looks different too. She looks like she's been held back a couple years, but she hasn't. No one knows her story, and no one seems to care. They all just believe every rumor they hear about her. And the one thing other than her best friend that helps her is music. But then her whole world flipped around.
