The Playing Piece.

Samantha Anne Pratt. A girl bred, born, and raised in Wisconsin. That was until her parents decided they should move to California. She had never been popular; and she was guessing her demented parents expected her to be surfing with the beach blondies, or hitting the malls and hottest tanning spots with the barbie bitches you see at school. Yeah. You know the ones.

The Fallen Angel.

Rian Xavier August. The boy who mysteriously showed up in California at the age of fourteen. The normal bad-boy with a wrap-sheet the length of the empire state building. No one got in his way. No one messed with him; and he messed with no one. His name normally associated with fights, cigarettes, and sex; Rian has NEVER been emotionally attracted to anyone. Until Samantha.

The Avenging Angel.

Kolby James Alder. Your normal blonde haired blue eyed Californian teen boy. Was he born with that tan? He's your typical golden boy. Perfect grades, good looks, great parents, athletic, cocky, and money. What more could be expected from Mr. Perfect? He was always emotionally detached from everyone. Until he met Samantha by chance when she moved in next door. Instant spark for him? Yes. Instant spark for her? Yeah. One of fire. She doesn't like Kolby at all.

So what does a playing piece, fallen angel, and avenging angel all have to do with one another?
Only everything in the fate of the ever ensuing battle of Angels Vs. Demons...
