The Kingdom of Arthora is ruled by the Demon king, Azriel. His younger sister abandoned the royal family to live a natural life. The king allowed her to leave, for the safety of his sister. The demons of Virum, which Arthora is located, accepted her leave as they knew that the other kingdoms of Zorath would hunt her down if she stayed in the kingdom.
Pikoro Kingdom is located north of Virum, where the Prince lives with his father, King Uriah. The Prince, Garret, is looked highly upon by the village of Pikoro. Pikoro is mainly known as the one village named after the kingdom that is located there.
Arthora and Pikoro have a strange history. Their pasts have brought pure anger between the kingdoms causing outrage...
Will Azriel ever live long enough to see his sister once more?
Or will the Kingdom of Pikoro take her life from underneath his grasp?

There is no depictions or allusions of sex, no f-bombs, or drug abuse. This story was started when I was in seventh grade. I finished the original when I was a senior in high school. Displeased with the finished product, I began to rewrite it here, starting June 2015, then again in 2020. I am quite satisfied with the result, and am sure this will be the final edition. This isn't the first book of the series, but there's no spoilers for 'The World is Larger than it Seems', so you can start on this one. The story is far from finished, however, and I hope to eventually finish the series.Complete
