One day she found out her parents were flouted because the chancellor found out that Rylie and Finn were brother and sister.

A group of 100 delinquenc are sent down to earth to see if it is survivable. Rylie and Finn being two of the 100. What happens when they find there grounders? or will a love be made between a Rebel leader and a Fighter?
