Michaela and Jared are both detectives in new York City, Michaela was a passenger on the flight 828, a flight that supposedly had disappeared for five years and than randomly resurfaced as if nothing happened. Michaela thought she had it all, she was the newest highest ranking detective, but days after finding out Zeke cheats on her, she goes running back to Jared knowing he could have easily moved on from their previous relationship. Michaela decides to go all in and confess her deep meaningful love to Jared. In an act that could potentially change their lives forever, he simply does the same. They eventually end up engaged and planning a wedding, then Michaela finds out she's pregnant, she tries to keep it a secret but Jared ends up finding multiple pregnancy tests in their bathroom. Inside of their life, behind the love that binds them together, and their journey of how far they've come.
