However, as he adjusts to his new life and slowly integrates into his new family, Regulus Black has one stability that seems to be keeping his entire life afloat; he has his brother back, and he is set on never losing him again.

WizardGod's fic is brilliant and I highly recommend it if you haven't already read it! Barty Crouch Jr. is tagged but he doesn't come into the story until chapter 23.
