"Mate!" he purred into my ear, he buried his face in my neck and sniffed me? Why was this total stranger smelling me and holding me in his arms. It's not that it didn't feel right, it felt amazing actually. The places where his skin touched mine made it feel like there were fireworks igniting on my skin from his touch. He smelled amazing, like snow and coconut.
"Um, what's a mate?" I asked in a whisper. He pulled back looking me in the eyes with a shocked expression on his face. He picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. "put me down!" I yelled hitting his back, it didn't fase him. He pick up my purse that I'd sat on the ground and carried me out of the auditorium.
