During a tense year of unrest in Hyrule, Zelda finds herself faced with a problem; a problem in the shape of a renegade group of radicals which have been brainwashed into following Ganon, her political opponent and wannabe replacement. 

A night like any other turns into a struggle for the fate of Hyrule as Zelda finds herself the epicenter of an attempted murder. Needing to escape her assassins, Zelda must place all her trust in the hands of her Head of Security, Link. 

With the walls closing in, Zelda must get her hands dirty in order to protect all that she loves.

Zelda: a woman who gets tangled with the wrong people and doesn’t know that she was kidnapped as a child and is really the true ruler of Hyrule. She has a split personality where she thinks she’s Sheik, a worrier who fights for good. Ganondorf: the ruler of Hyrule who killed the king for his throne. He knows about Zelda being the real ruler but has kept that a secret this entire time. He also knows that Link is suppose to be the hero of time but doesn’t seem threatened by a rogue troublemaker. This story takes on a whole new twist of the Legend that I created. I do not own any characters, settings, or history in this story. This is just purely a fun fan fiction of the best video game ever.
