Christmas.

Julie Rivers always associated it with happiness and cheer, but one year it took a dark turn. Her mom left a month before Christmas. She didn't leave a note or tell anyone she was leaving. She just packed up her bags one night and left. 

Ashly Taylor grew up in a broken home. Her dad was abusive and was sent to jail when she was four. Years later she still had scars, mentally and physically.

Conner Jameson's parents had both died in a car crash, leaving Conner to his grandma and grandpa. He had been blaming himself since the accident almost a year ago.

Brad Holly just didn't care. He hadn't cared about anyone in years, except his little sister. Her name was Lucy and he would do anything for her.
