Hime Shirayuki and Aguri Madoka are princesses with opposite personalities. Hime being Energetic and Childlike, and Aguri being Calm and Levelheaded. The duo crosses paths and they instantly formed a friendship due to similar interests. Thanks to their good heart, Hime and Aguri manage to transform into Precures and fight the forces of evil together. Together with Hibiki Hojo, Ruru Amour, Kotoha Hanami, Miki Aono, and Himari Arisugawa, the duo then recruit the group as "Joyful Girls Squad".

As Hime, Aguri, and their other 5 friends were known as Joyful Girls Squad, they face a new obstacle: A princess of the Friendship Kingdom, namely Sarah, flee from her hometown due to the invasion led by an evil wizard named Kahlil, and his organization called the Nuisance Clan. To help Sarah save the Friendship Kingdom, the whole JGS Casts must find a way to defeat Kahlil. While the JGS Casts are fulfilling the mission, Akari Hoshidera, Saku Ozora, and their fairy partners, namely Ara and Julie, step in to support them.All Rights Reserved

Aosemura "Nikko" Nikou is an ordinary ninth-grade student at Mitsukado Middle School who is mainly adored by girls for her performance in martial arts. People claim that Nikou is just a natural however Nikou loves playing fighting video games from day to night, hence why she's very good in martial arts. But her life turns another direction when a Terrorbyte attacks, Nikou doesn't hesitate to become a Pretty Cure and becomes Cure Glitch with her Navigator, Electro's help! Micro also explains that they need to collect all 12 Drive Chips. Along the way Micro regains the power to transform into Cure Pyro again, they also encounter Nikou's childhood friend Kanakusa Kasumi who also becomes Cure Tunes.
