The Empire, started as a result of  rebellion  by humans against their mage and half-blood lords, now stands more dictatorial and crueler then their magic counterparts.

Maer Miscklen, a mere pickpocketer in a world where humans rule and magic is fading suddenly finds herself among rebels and assassins, mage and half-blood royalties, friends and foes, united for their own selfish purposes but by the end of the day all they want is freedom. Freedom from the evil clutches of The Empire.

I'm a non native English aspiring writer..and its my first novel....please point out my mistakes so I can make my story better...hope you enjoy my world.All Rights Reserved
