Taylor Sharma has experienced enough of regular high school life and she just can't wait to get it done with. Being an average high school senior with an 'eff this' attitude and having one of the school's popular girls as her best friend, it's not easy for her to steer clear from unnecessary drama that goes around in Westward High. But Taylor knows that she can survive as long as her bestfriend, Violet, is by her side.

However, fate has unfavourable plans for this American teenager.

On the night of her eighteenth birthday, Taylor's life takes a drastic turn and it's not long before she is tragically burdened with the news of Violet's death.

The police confirm it as suicide, but this white lie fails to deceive Taylor.

Determined to find out the truth, Taylor prepares to tackle the odds and get to the bottom of this case.

The sole problem was that Taylor couldn't remember anything about the night on which Violet had gone missing.
All because she was distracted by the scent of an attractive young man and intoxicated by a gazillion shots of vodka!

All Zoey Campbell ever wanted to do was keep her head down and get through high school. Too bad it isn't that easy. Zoey is tired of everything and everyone. She is tired of being pushed around and tired of watching in the shadows. She is tired of pretending to like that girl that doesn't even know her name. Tired of pretending that she is ok when she isn't. She is constantly hoping for a better way out thinking she should just disappear.
