Raising children is a difficult task for any parent by themselves, yet Rasa's not just raising his three children on his own, albeit with the help of his deceased wife's younger brother. Except, on top of being a single parent, his youngest is--different, in a way Rasa doesn't have a word to describe.
Disclaimer - This is written for Froday Flash Fiction Challenge, but this is written for the June Amnesty week. More specifically, this is written for Drabble Madness - the Little Special challenge for May. The goal of this challenge was to write as many drabbles, single, double and triple during a week - aka, 100, 200 and 300 words.
However, I'm giving myself until the end of Amnesty which is less than a week, but to decide what fandom I would use I used my MAL list and D&D's online dice and ended up with Naruto. I'm also using the prompts from June's monthly challenge - no, this isn't written for said challenge, but instead simply what I'm using to frame the drabbles around.
I'm utilizing my headcanons of Gaara being on the spectrum, with Rasa - while he's still not the best parent, he's a parent doing the best he can with three children, one being on the spectrum of which they don't have a word for in this universe, but as Lord Kazekage he has to deal with a council of elders who have their own agenda.
A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world.
The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
