It's been five years since Weirdmageddon and Dipper is going back to Gravity Falls for the summer. Mabel is coming too but she's already worked through her trauma and fears while back at their parents' home. Dipper is still scared. Still terrified. And as long as he doesn't leave the Mystery Shack, he'll be okay.
But staying in one place is impossible when there's a demon desperately asking for your help and forgiveness. Especially one that's started to live in your head and won't leave you alone.
