Snow Fall

Emma is 15 years old and is living the average life of a teenage girl. Scratch that. Her life was even more boring than the average life. She longed to go to the woods in her backyard, for it intrigued her. Day after day she stared out her window, watching the way shadows danced on the trees. She began to go out in her backyard and watch the shadows in the woods, wondering why it seemed that they were alive. But one day, she got too close to the woods and crossed a boundary that was never to be crossed.
