"Nononono... I-I a-am s-so sorry. Sorr-y sir. P-please." Tears were freely flowing down his cheeks and he was a stuttering, hiccupping mess on the bed. One thing which Levi feared the most were whips. He is absolutely terrified of them. Then comes belt and most importantly Robert himself.
"Ssshh. Don't cry. You need to be punished baby, else you won't learn. Right?"
"Please, sir. I-I'll be b-better."
"You say that every other time. Now shush or else I would make sure no sound emits past your tiny lips."

Levi has to resign to his fate. He knows he couldn't escape from this, so he just faintly nodded his head and sunk his teeth into his lips to ensure no sound escapes.
