Todoroki and Izuku are kidnapped young and eventually saved by hero's. They have a close bond and as they grow up their bond gets even stronger.

I can't really think of a good description for this book 

I label this as Tododeku but it will be a close brother bond relationship for the first 2 stories of this series, book 3 is where the love relationship evolves. Also Endeavor is a good parent and hero, while All might is egotistical but still heroic.

Instead they see a sad, hurt and angry boy none of them knew Izuku was/could be, they also soon find out why Midoriya has such bad anxiety and fears.

The gang is called the underdogs. They are vigilantes. they do work for heroes but also villains, if there is a good deal they will take it. Tsu is in UA with bakugou, they still know each other except they don't have nicknames since Izuku left to the states early. Whenever Tsu misses Izuku, she goes to Bakugou.
