After the dangerous journey to retrieve a sea dragon's scale the infamous pirate crew "Mermaid's lightning" falls apart. Now, years later, the crew have found themselves with a bounty on their heads. Will they be able to fix old bonds and protect themselves together? Or will this prove that those years they had were better, the years in which they were on their own? Will they find themselves adrift with no way back to what they once knew as home? Only time and experiences will tell if maybe they were better apart.
