The far future where wealthy cities have shut the doors on the homeless, the sick and the unwanted by building walls around each city, and regularly "purging" the unwanted to the outside. This is the story of "the purged" or as they call themselves: "the settlers," who live outside of the walls in constant fear of both the cities they circle and the plagued people around them.

While saving her they notice one of the men is missing part of his face. Will they be able to make it to safety, or will they become one of the dead. Every three years a group of two-hundred teens get sent to Earth. After spending two years on Earth, you can choose to go back onto the Ark or to stay on Earth. Most don't survive the first week. They get to either join a Clan, create a new Clan or go solo. If your name is called out, you have to go down. You have no choice. Almost everyone joins a Clan or makes a new Clan. Nobody goes solo, unless you absolutely have to. Or if no Clan accepts you. Every animal on Earth wants to kill humans, they have all mutated after the Nuclear War, all the ones that survived, and are out for human flesh and blood. Bastien Water's name gets called out during the Choosing and he has to try to survive on Earth. While his family grieves thinking that Bastien won't survive but he's out to prove them wrong. Bastien meets new people, makes some friends and make some enemies. Bastien has to face many challenges to survive on Earth. Will he be able to do it? Their lay wait an army of Black Hearts and Red Hearts to put an end to God's reign. Jet's team mean while gets caught in between the all out war of Good and Evil vs. Good as they manage to get through the battlefield to the Facility. Not only must Jet and his team evade the Angels and Zombies, but a legendary team of Angels, Angel Six, are sent to eliminate them. Many challenges will be faced as each person is put through the ultimate test of survival. Who will win? Who will lose? Who will die?Complete
