Our present-day cities are already obsolete and are threatening to engulf the entire countryside, permanently destroying vast areas of our best food-producing land.
Victoria City is the wave of the future. It's an entire city all under one roof, to be built and operated by private enterprise alone. There will not be just one, but many such cities throughout the entire world.
Boasting no crime, no pollution and no over-crowding, Victoria City is a veritable utopia for those who've grown weary of trying to find solutions to today's urban problems.

An image of perfection
Victoria Robertson was born an ordinary girl. Perhaps she would have turned out okay, if it weren't for the twisted mind of her mother. Her mother, a troubled widow, raised her, her two brothers and one sister in a peculiar manner. In modern society, people generally accept the idea that humans are imperfect and should be accepted with their flaws. Well not Victoria's mother, Caroline. Caroline raised her children to believe they needed to achieve perfection to succeed. As a result, Victoria grew up with self esteem issues and low self worth. But that's not all.
